You As a People & Culture (HR) Manager Will Deliver full recruitment services for multiple areas, including front end needs analysis, job postings, sourcing, interviews, and employment offers Act as a business partner to your client group, managing all aspects of the employee life cycle, with the EllisDon values and Employee Experience at top of mind Support the implementation and management (including launches) of all P&C programs, activities, and annual processes such as Performance Management, Compensation Reviews, Training and Development and Organizational Development, Onboarding, Employee Orientations and Succession Planning Resolve complex employee relations issues while adhering to the appropriate employment legislation Compile relative P&C metrics, analyzing, reporting and identifying trends to strategically support business needs Is this the right role for you? You have 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience including hands‑on recruitment responsibilities You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management or related field You possess a clear understanding of the HR environment in Texas Experience in the construction industry is preferred You are energized by the opportunity of a start up environment within a large company You have passion for the Employee Experience and resonate with the EllisDon Values Being proficient in Spanish is an asset What We Offer A market-competitive annual salary that rewards your talent.
