Davenport, United States | Posted on 06/25/2026 Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered JOB OVERVIEW Profession: Physician Specialty: Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Job Type: Locum Tenens Location: Davenport, IA & Silvis, IL Service Setting: Inpatient Coverage Type: Call Only Coverage Period: ASAP – Ongoing Shift Schedule: 24-hour shifts (7a-7a) 7-10 shifts per month Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 minutes Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance Covered PATIENT INFORMATION Daily Hospital Census: 230-250 Admissions: Yes Rounding: Yes FACILITY INFORMATION No. of Beds: 502 Medical Imaging, Lab & Pharmacy onsite Trauma Level: Level III EMR System: Cerner Physicians in Practice: 8 Support Staff Available: RNs (in OR), APPs (8) JOB REQUIREMENTS Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Licenses: Active IA and IL License; or Active IA or IL License with IMLC; or Active Universal License (IMLC) Self-Query NPDB report dated within the month Clean Record Duties & Responsibilities Provide inpatient orthopedic trauma call coverage at Davenport and Silvis campuses Perform orthopedic trauma surgeries and same-day add-on procedures Respond to pages and be available within 30 minutes while on call Manage orthopedic trauma consults and admissions #J-18808-Ljbffr
