BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE Reynolds Subaru | Lyme, Connecticut Join the Reynolds Subaru Team! Reynolds Subaru is looking for a motivated, friendly, and dependable Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our team. We are a family-owned dealership with a history dating back to 1859. Our success has been built on taking care of our customers, supporting our employees, and being an active part of our community. What You’ll Do Answering inbound customer calls, texts, emails, and online inquiries Making outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming maintenance and service needs Scheduling and confirming service appointments Following up with customers who are due or overdue for maintenance Following up on previously recommended or declined services Assisting customers with questions about their appointments Maintaining accurate customer information and notes Working closely with our Service Advisors and management team Providing a friendly, professional customer experience on every interaction Helping maintain and grow long-term relationships with Reynolds Subaru customers What We’re Looking For Automotive experience is NOT required. We will train the right person. The ideal candidate has: Excellent phone and communication skills A positive and professional attitude Good organizational and follow-up habits Basic computer and data-entry skills The ability to multitask in a busy environment Reliability and a strong work ethic A team-first attitude The motivation to learn and grow Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, call centers, hospitality, retail, or automotive dealerships is a plus.
