This role translates priorities into measurable results by designing, executing, and scaling initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and value. They define success metrics, drive cross-functional execution, and continuously optimize performance using data and field feedback. They operate as a decision leader, making high-quality decisions from imperfect & ambiguous data, clearly framing tradeoffs in assumptions and solutions, while providing actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.Success requires strong enterprise influence without direct authority. This role aligns partners across Merchandising, Store and Sales Operations, Finance, and other teams to drive results. They navigate competing priorities, surface risks, and ensure alignment converts into action. This Manager contributes to a high-performing team environment by setting clear expectations, enforcing accountability, and developing talent through ownership and feedback.
