Job Title: Client coordinator Location: Branchburg, NJ, On-Site Compensation: $24/hr Employment Type: Temporary-to-Hire, Full-time, MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Job Summary: Our client is seeking a professional and organized Customer Service Coordinator to manage inbound calls, new client intake, appointment scheduling, and administrative support for field teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be comfortable with technology and CRM systems, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities: Answer and route all inbound company calls professionally and efficiently. Gather and enter new client information accurately into the CRM. Schedule client appointments and coordinate calendars as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Provide administrative and in-office support to field teams throughout projects. Communicate with clients, field personnel, and internal teams as needed. Assist with project coordination, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks. Requirements: Familiarity with CRM databases and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong telephone, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Interested?
