• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions) Detailed Job Description:
• Define and drive the OMS (Outage Management System) automation testing strategy aligned with project goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks and reusable utilities.
• Identify and prioritize automation candidates to maximize test coverage and ROI.
• Lead automation script development, execution, debugging, and maintenance activities.
• Review automation code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
• Manage source code repositories using GitHub, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, and merge strategies.
• Maintain GitHub Actions workflows for automated build, test execution, and deployment processes.
• Ensure version control best practices, code quality standards, and seamless collaboration across development and QA teams.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA Leads, and SMEs to understand requirements and automation scope.
• Manage test data, test environments, and execution schedules for automation runs.
• Track and report automation metrics such as coverage, execution status, pass/fail rates, and defect trends.
• Analyze failures, perform root cause analysis, and drive defect resolution with development teams.
• Mentor automation engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Estimate automation effort, plan releases, and ensure timely delivery of automation milestones.
• Drive innovation through framework improvements, AI-assisted testing, and process automation initiatives.
• Support SIT, UAT, Regression, and Production Validation testing activities. Minimum Years of Experience: 10+ years
