Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities Provide bedside care for neonates >28 weeks in a 14-bed Level II NICU with an average daily census of 6 NICU/8 NBN. Cover the NBN service and support the neonatology team in a collaborative work environment. Participate in 24/7 NNP coverage with an on-call neonatologist at night. Work flexible 24–72-hour shifts to support an excellent work-life balance. Lead and contribute to policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement initiatives within the APRN-led Leadership Team. May provide coverage in Level III–IV NICUs if desired. Qualifications Current APRN National Specialty Certification. Master’s degree in Nursing or related field. Ability to work in a 14‑bed Level II NICU setting with supportive physician relations.
