We’re seeking a driven, resourceful Recruiter to join our team in an in-house corporate recruiting role . This is a great opportunity for a recruiting professional who wants to move beyond agency recruiting, build strong relationships with hiring managers, develop talent pipelines, and make a direct impact on an organization’s growth.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance.
\n
• Build strong talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
\n
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive hiring strategies.
\n
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates across multiple channels.
\n
• Coordinate interviews and keep the hiring process moving.
\n
• Represent the organization at job fairs, hiring events, and networking opportunities.
\n
• Manage ECA documentation, onboarding paperwork, background checks, and pre-employment screening.
\n
• Maintain accurate candidate activity in the ATS.
\n
• Track recruiting metrics and communicate progress to leadership.
\n
• ⭐ Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while balancing speed + quality .

What We’re Looking For

\n
• 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience
\n
• Strong sourcing and candidate-generation skills
\n
• ⚡ Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Experience with ATS and recruiting tools
\n
• ️ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Strong judgment, problem-solving, and business acumen
\n
• Self-starter who can work independently and manage competing priorities
\n
• ✅ High level of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through
\n
