Junior RecruiterEarthCam is seeking a Junior Recruiter to support the early stages of hiring, primarily for entry-level positions. This role focuses on sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, maintaining candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and submitting qualified candidates for recruiter review.The Junior Recruiter will work under close guidance from experienced recruiters and Talent Acquisition Management while developing the skills needed to manage recruiting responsibilities more independently.Responsibilities:Conduct structured initial phone screens for entry-level rolesSource candidates for assigned entry-level positionsMaintain active candidate pipelines aligned with hiring needsSubmit qualified candidates for second-round recruiter reviewCoordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teamsMaintain ATS accuracy and documentation qualitySupport recruiting coverage across multiple requisitionsComplete approximately 25 initial phone screens daily, depending on the roleSubmit approximately three to five qualified candidates daily for recruiter reviewMaintain candidate pipeline continuity and low candidate drop-off ratesSupport special recruiting projects as assigned
