Variant Lending Group
Variant Lending Group in California seeks an experienced mortgage loan processor to handle processing and underwriting support for files at various stages. Responsibilities include processing Conventional, Construction, FHA and VA loans, gathering documents, coordinating with appraisers, title, and credit reports, ensuring packages meet investor guidelines, and maintaining compliance with RESPA, Reg Z, HMDA and Reg B.
