Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing and optimizing processes within the technology department of a leading industrial and manufacturing organization. This position is based in Chicago and focuses on driving efficiency and delivering actionable insights. Description Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement within the technology department. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Develop detailed project plans and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership. Support the implementation of new systems and software tools. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on implemented solutions. Profile A degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with technology systems and processes within the industrial and manufacturing industry. A proactive mindset and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
