You will be working on site Full Time: 1 Dock St, Stamford, CT 06902 Not a Hybrid or Remote position.Responsibilities:Assist with scheduling for crew's inspections and service calls from Stamford CT to Hudson MA area.Assist with project follow-up and meeting critical deadlinesAssist in reviewing projects for potential change order needsWork closely with customers and internal departments to resolve order and other processing issues as requiredConduct various administration and general office duties involving typing, record, file maintenance, and documentation creation.Complete additional clerical duties as assignedHandle permittingExperience:1 to 2 years of clerical or other office experienceSolar experience requiredCRM experience required (SalesForce)Must be a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic and customer service focusMust be very organized and possess strong attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and written communication skillsFast typing and data entry skillsExperience with Sunnova and Mosaic desiredCompensation: $25-$32 hourlyThe above statements are intended to describe the essential functions, nature, and level of work to be performed as of the document preparation date; they are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities.
