Healthcare Operations | Value Based Care | Executive Leadership Location: Indiana (preferred) or Chicago area with significant travel throughout Indiana About the Opportunity The Las Olas Network has been retained by one of the nation's premier physician-led value based care organizations to identify a Market President who will lead the launch and long-term growth of a new strategic market in Indiana. This executive will oversee one of the organization's largest and most significant market expansions, partnering closely with a major regional health system to build and scale a high-performing value based care operation serving more than 50,000 attributed lives. Success requires an executive who can seamlessly operate between health system leadership, physicians, payer partners, and operational teams while driving measurable improvements in quality, financial performance, provider engagement, and population health. What You'll Do As Market President, you'll serve as the senior executive responsible for overall market performance, including: Establishing the strategic vision for a new value based care market Leading operational execution across Medicare Advantage, MSSP, ACO, and other risk based populations Building trusted partnerships with health system executives, physicians, and payer organizations Driving quality outcomes, utilization management, risk adjustment, and population health initiatives Leading market level financial performance and value based care P&L Partnering with a physician executive in a dyad leadership model Building the operating infrastructure necessary to launch and scale a high growth market Influencing organizations where success depends on collaboration rather than direct authority Creating alignment across physicians, operational leaders, executives, and external partners What Makes This Role Different Unlike many Market President positions, this executive won't be managing a traditional employed physician network. Instead, you'll lead a sophisticated partnership between a nationally recognized physician organization and a major regional health system, requiring the ability to operate effectively in both environments. The ideal candidate understands how to: Build credibility with health system executives Engage physicians at the practice level Navegate complex organizational dynamics Translate strategy into operational execution Lead through influence rather than authority Balance long term strategic planning with hands on operational leadership This ability to bridge both physician practice and health system environments is one of the most critical success factors for the role. Ideal Background We're interested in executives who have demonstrated success leading large, multi‑site healthcare organizations operating under value based care arrangements. Executive leadership experience within healthcare Deep expertise in value based care operations Experience managing healthcare P&Ls Success leading physician organizations or health system partnerships Strong executive presence with C‑suite stakeholders Experience driving operational transformation Outstanding communication and relationship building abilities Comfort operating in entrepreneurial, rapidly growing organizations Location & Travel Candidates should reside within Indiana or an adjacent market with convenient access to the region. This role requires a significant in market presence with approximately 70–80% travel throughout Indiana.
