Registered Nurse - NICU

Role Overview We are seeking a NICU Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and age-appropriate care to neonates and their families in a high-acuity environment. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support complex neonatal needs, utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based practices, including emergency interventions when necessary. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Coordinate with team members to ensure comprehensive neonatal care and family support. Apply critical care skills and specialized knowledge to manage high-risk situations. Qualifications & Skills Associate's degree or diploma in Nursing from an accredited program. Current RN license in the state. American Heart Association BLS certification required; NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. certifications within 6 months. Minimum of 2 years NICU nursing experience.
