Registered Nurse - Float - Peds/PICU/NICU Sign On Bonus Potential: $10,000.00 Department FLOAT POOL Sinai Hospital's Float Pool is currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and a dedication to providing exceptional nursing support across various units and specialties. Job Summary: As a member of the patient care team, the RN provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and resource for patients and their families. Schedule: Float Pool staff will follow a 6‑week schedule and weekend obligation of 4 shifts, 3 major holidays, and 2 difficult‑to‑staff days required. All staff are eligible for shift incentives once flex obligations have been met.
