Registered Nurse - NICU

Position: Registered Nurse in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at a leading hospital. Responsibilities Provide specialized neonatal care for infants from 24 weeks gestation to full-term with complex conditions. Deliver advanced neonatal services, including immediate post-birth care, therapeutic hypothermia, and ventilation management. Participate in the Maryland Regional Neonatal Transport Team ensuring rapid transportation of neonatal patients. Qualifications & Skills Associate degree in Nursing required; enrollment in BSN/MSN program within 1 year if holding an associate's degree. Active Maryland or Compact RN license and BLS CPR certification required. Previous RN experience, with NICU experience preferred.
