Physical Therapist St. Cloud MN Salary Range: $89,150TO $130,200 Physical Therapy Duties
- Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and promote rehabilitation.
- Implements and supervises Physical Therapy plan of care.
- Communicates with other staff, departments, and physicians to ensure coordination of services and patient care.
- Participates in performance improvement activities, including identification of potential opportunities to improve care or service.
- Ensures good consumer relations are maintained through patient and family education, patient satisfaction services, and community health and wellness educational programs.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and licensed through the State of Minnesota.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and act in a positive, professional manner.
- Must demonstrate the ability to treat pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
- PRN/ DAYTIME SHIFT.
- Mon-Fri 40 hours guaranteed-flexible hours, mainly 8:00 to 4:30
- Case Load: 8 patients per day
- Culture: Small facility, rural setting, no strict productivity standards, PT's work closely with in-house providers
