Physical Therapist - Skilled

Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Wilmar, MN offer a 13-week contract with 8-hour day shifts in a skilled nursing setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and document progress to help individuals regain mobility and independence1. Responsibilities include collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, using therapeutic modalities, and supporting rehabilitation goals for geriatric and post-surgical populations.
