Description Position Title: The Only Facial Esthetician Location: Evansville, IN Job Type: Full-time FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Work Location: On-Site Salary Description: $27+ per hour Reports To: Store Manager The Only Facial needs several “other people first” Estheticians to join our team. What You’ll Do: Deliver customized, results-driven facials and skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, peels, and dermaplaning Perform client consultations and develop individualized treatment plans Guide clients through personalized skincare routines and home care recommendations (no aggressive sales quotas) Build long-term client relationships and contribute to a welcoming, relaxing atmosphere Who We’re Looking For: Licensed Esthetician (required) People who connect immediately with others Passion for skincare and continued learning Experience is preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply - training provided!
