We recently raised a $25M Series A led by Macquarie Capital Venture Capital, with participation from Creandum (who led our Seed), isai Build, i2bf Global Ventures, and Somersault Ventures. Revenue has tripled every year since 2023, and we're scaling from 40 to 80 people over the next 12 months. 

The Role 

As Account Associate, you'll own the research, account planning, and client-ready materials that keep an Account Executive's book of business moving — the connective tissue between a strong conversation and a closed, well-run account. You'll be one of Foresight's first dedicated hires in this seat, embedded directly inside an AE's day-to-day rather than working at a remove. You'll partner closely with the AE you support — and with Foresight's broader sales team — to define what this role becomes as our go-to-market organization takes shape. 

What You'll Do 

• Own research and account planning for your AE's book end-to-end — synthesizing what's needed before a meeting, not just scheduling it. 

• Drive opportunity prep in close collaboration with your AE, making sure every client conversation walks in prepared rather than improvised. 

• Build client-ready decks and reports that turn a messy set of facts into something a client or a founder can act on immediately. 

• Surface and build the case for expansion opportunities within existing accounts, backed by real research rather than a hunch. 

• Stay close to the operational and delivery side of live accounts, working directly with client-side project managers to understand what's actually happening on the ground. 

• Coordinate what Foresight's internal team needs to produce for each account, acting as the connective tissue between your AE and the people doing the work. 

• Take on the judgment calls, not just the execution — this role is closer to a chief-of-staff-for-the-AE than an administrative function. 

• Learn the sales process and sales skills on the job, building toward more client-facing responsibility as you prove yourself. 

Requirements

What We're Looking For 

• Proven track record of being genuinely diligent and on the ball — you follow through on real commitments under real client or stakeholder pressure, not just in theory. 

• Comfortable moving across a full lifecycle — research, synthesis, client-facing materials, follow-through — even without direct prior sales experience. 

• A builder's mindset: you're comfortable defining your own next move in a role that's still taking shape, rather than waiting for a finished playbook. 

• Genuinely open to learning the sales process on the job; real interest in eventually moving toward more client-facing or sales-oriented work is a plus, not a prerequisite. 

• Exceptional written communicator — you can turn scattered inputs into a clean deck, report, or account plan without hand-holding.

Base salary range: $100,000–$150,000+, based on experience and fit against the requirements above, and equity in a fast-growing, well-funded startup.
