Medical Laboratory Technician

We are seeking a Medical Laboratory Technician to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA's laboratory business at Valencia, CA.

As a Laboratory Analyst, you'll conduct routine testing procedures and support lab operations to ensure regulatory compliance and data accuracy. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality results across clinical research projects.

What you'll be doing:

• Perform and document laboratory analyses according to SOPs and regulatory guidelines
• Conduct data analysis and escalate abnormal findings to senior staff
• Prepare buffers and solutions, assist in quality investigations, and support procedural updates
• Upload results into LIMS under senior guidance and communicate with cross-functional teams
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and perform hands-on training for new personnel
• Monitor supply needs and represent the team in cross-functional initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, 6S practices, and ongoing improvement initiatives
• Participate in continuous education and contribute to a culture of scientific excellence

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, clinical laboratory science, medical lab technology, or cytotechnology
• 6+ months of experience in a regulated laboratory environment preferred
• Knowledge of GLP and regulatory standards
• Proficiency with lab techniques and safety/infection control procedures
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this role:

• Proficiency in lab calculations and analytical instrumentation
• Experience with automation systems and LIMS preferred
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
• Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,400.00 - $103,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
