• License/Certs: BLS, NRP, STABLE required
• Experience: 2+ years in NICU, Epic experience required, ICU/ventilator experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III Neonatal CCU
• Administer medications, including high alert drugs, and monitor vital signs
• Manage ventilators, central lines, IV drips, and high acuity interventions
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately using Epic electronic medical records
• Support families and communicate care plans effectively
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient ICU environment

What You Need

• Active RN license in Louisiana
• BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• At least 2 years of NICU experience
• Proficiency with RAMs, ventilators, central lines, IVs, and high-alert medication administration

• Epic EMR experience
• Previous Level III NICU experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
