Junior Manager Repair (Chicago)

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You oversee fleet maintenance, in-fleeting, and de-fleeting activities to ensure compliance with standards, cost efficiency, and timely execution You manage vendor selection, evaluation, and coordination for maintenance, body repair, and other fleet-related services You ensure adherence to policies, best practices, and quality standards through monitoring and inspections You collaborate with Branch Operations Management and keep the Regional Fleet Manager informed of key performance indicators You provide reports, presentations, and perform additional duties as assigned YOUR SKILLS MATTER Experience and Education You have at least 2 years of management experience, with fleet maintenance experience preferred.
