This is a versatile position combining customer service, sales administration, and social media marketing. Client is more focused on attitude, aptitude, and work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Showroom/Customer Service: Greet customers, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist with product inquiries.
- Sales Support: Assist field sales reps with basic quotes, product specifications, delivery updates, service requests, and customer follow-up.
- Social Media (20%): Take ownership of the Memphis location's TikTok presence, creating authentic, engaging content and supporting local marketing initiatives.
- Administrative: Learn internal systems, coordinate communication, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Ideal Candidate
- Highly organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Personable, professional, and an effective communicator.
- Creative, comfortable with social media, and interested in marketing.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
- College degree not required. Recent graduates or candidates with backgrounds in administration, customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales support could be excellent fits.
