About the Role:

The Finance Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health and strategic direction of our manufacturing operations across the United States. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and sustainable growth. The Finance Manager will lead the preparation and interpretation of financial statements, manage balance sheets, and implement cost accounting practices to optimize operational efficiency. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
