Finance Manager | Houston, TXI'm working with a growing organization looking for a strong Finance Manager to lead accounting and financial operations while partnering closely with senior leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on, developing a team, improving processes, and having a voice in the business.What You'll Do:Lead accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, collections, treasury, and month-end closePrepare and analyze financial statements and management reportingLead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planningManage cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, ACH/wires, and treasury activitiesDevelop KPIs and provide financial insight to leadershipStrengthen internal controls and improve accounting processesSupport internal/external audits and complianceLead, coach, and develop the accounting and finance teamPartner with operational leaders on budgets, business initiatives, and strategic decisionsWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experiencePrevious supervisory/leadership experienceStrong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management experienceERP experience and advanced Excel skillsCPA, CMA, or MBA is a plusStrong communicator who is analytical, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership
