Field Administrative Assistant

Utility Construction Company has an immediate need for a Field Administrative Assistant. This position will work onsite at our field location.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative and clerical support for job site, as well as support to the local field staff;
• Collecting, organizing and compiling various paperwork and submitting to headquarters, regional office or client as needed;
• Scanning, compiling and uploading/storing documents electronically and maintaining onsite files;
• Data Entry; and
• Running errands as needed (company vehicle provided).

Requirements:

• 1-2 years previous administrative/clerical support experience, construction industry a plus;
• High School Diploma;
• Must maintain a valid driver license;
• Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook/Excel/Word;
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to interact with various personalities and various levels of staff; and
• Ability to follow directions and willingness to assist where needed.

Successful candidate will have relevant experience, and will be an organized, motivated, self-starter.
