The care and support include activities of daily living, productive activities, and leisure activities. The DSP will provide active treatment, safety, and supervision to all residents of Sycamore Run while promoting inclusion in the community. The DSP will facilitate the resident's independence, and choice in both their home and the community. Staffing ratio of 1:3 Daily living Personal hygiene Voicing concerns and issues Support individuals with setting and accomplishing goals Creating friendships Provide companionship and supportive listeningMaintain safe environments for individuals Perform other related duties as assigned What sets you apart High school diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age with valid Kentucky or Indiana Driver’s License 1 year Caregiving What your typical schedule looks like Full-time day schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. Note that Cedar Lake Lodge, Park Place, and Sycamore Run are Intermediate Care Facilities, placing us under the 'CMS Omnibus COVID-19 Health Care Staff Vaccination Interim Rule.'
