Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Newburyport, Massachusetts

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities

• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including medical charts and incident reports

• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Massachusetts

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum 0 years of experience in a long-term care setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Sign-on Bonus :

FT- $3000

PT- $1500
