Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist – Contract Opportunity Physical Therapist needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh’s occupational health client located in Lafayette, IN. This PT will treat employees that have been injured on the job and collaborate with the team to assess plans of care. Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. is ideal but flexible options include 3 – 12, 4 – 10, or 5 – 8. Duration: 7/13 – 8/21 with possibility of extension or direct placement. Pay: $43–55 per hour, DOE. What You’ll Be Doing: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care using evidence-based practices aligned with APTA standards. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, NPs, PAs, nurses, dietitians, and wellness coaches. Provide direct access physical therapy and treat patients at the highest level of expertise. Partner with workplace stakeholders (safety, HR, ergonomics) to improve employee health and safety. Educate employees in real time on body mechanics and injury prevention. Participate in ongoing professional development, peer review, and knowledge sharing. What You Need to Bring to the Table: All state licenses/certifications to practice. Degree from an accredited Physical/Occupational Therapy School. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Occupational Health experience desired but not required. Customer Service skills and attention to detail are a must. Ability to follow occupational health policy is a must.
