Physical Therapist - Per Diem

Per Diem Physical Therapist, OutpatientTo administer physical therapy evaluations and treatments according to the established standard of physical therapy, physician’s referral, and physical therapy plan of care. Primary position responsibilities include evaluating all patients by identifying the patient’s primary problems and developing a treatment plan. Performs and modifies or updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes. Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement. Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards. Provides supervision to PTA, PT/PTA students and various levels of support personnel and volunteers.Qualifications:Minimum education: Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Preferred: Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy, Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy.Minimum years of experience (amount, type and variation): Required: None. Preferred: 1-2 years of prior experience.License, registry or certification: Required: Current NJ State License in Physical Therapy.
