Marketing Coordinator

Marketing Coordinator (LinkedIn Marketing, GoHighLevel & Marketing Operations) – Remote | LATAM

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote Location: Latin America (LATAM) Working Hours: U.S. Business Hours

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing execution, LinkedIn campaigns, lead generation, content organization, and marketing operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines digital marketing execution with strong operational organization. You'll work closely with leadership, manage campaigns and outreach, maintain marketing systems, and ensure initiatives move forward consistently.

You'll work extensively with tools such as:

• Typeform / Jotform
• AI and automation tools

LinkedIn Marketing & Lead Generation

• Execute and manage LinkedIn marketing and engagement initiatives
• Build and manage outreach campaigns using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Identify and engage relevant prospects and target audiences
• Support LinkedIn-based lead generation initiatives
• Track campaign activity, engagement, and performance
• Optimize outreach and marketing efforts based on results
• Maintain organized prospect and campaign workflows

GoHighLevel & Marketing Automation

• Use GoHighLevel (GHL) to support marketing, outreach, and lead management
• Maintain organized contacts, pipelines, and campaign data
• Support marketing automations and follow-up workflows
• Ensure leads are tracked accurately through marketing processes
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing tasks
• Maintain clean and reliable marketing systems

Marketing Campaign Execution

• Support day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
• Track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Support lead generation initiatives across digital channels
• Ensure marketing activities remain aligned with business priorities
• Maintain clear visibility into active campaigns and next steps

Content Management & Organization

• Build and maintain a centralized library of marketing content and assets
• Organize content for efficient reuse and distribution
• Repurpose existing materials across campaigns and channels
• Maintain consistency in brand messaging
• Coordinate marketing materials and content deliverables
• Support video and other digital content initiatives

Research & Content Development

• Conduct market, audience, and competitor research
• Identify insights that can improve positioning and messaging
• Support development of marketing content and campaign materials
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns, content angles, and engagement strategies
• Research prospects and target audiences using LinkedIn and other tools

Forms, Surveys & Lead Capture

• Build and manage forms and surveys using Typeform or Jotform
• Support lead capture and feedback collection workflows
• Organize responses and ensure data is routed correctly
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up processes
• Improve forms and workflows based on campaign requirements

AI & Marketing Automation

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and similar platforms to improve marketing execution
• Support content development, research, campaign ideation, and operational workflows with AI
• Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work through automation
• Experiment with tools that improve speed, organization, and campaign performance
• Build more efficient and repeatable marketing processes

Executive & Operational Support

• Support leadership with calendars, inboxes, priorities, and marketing-related coordination
• Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
• Track action items and ensure timely follow-through
• Help leadership stay organized around marketing priorities and deadlines
• Maintain structured operational workflows across marketing initiatives
• Ensure important tasks and deliverables do not fall through the cracks

Required Experience & Skills

• 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, marketing operations, or executive support
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns
• Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Familiarity with Typeform, Jotform, or similar form-building platforms
• Strong understanding of lead generation and outreach workflows
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Availability during U.S. business hours
