What You'll Do Assist physicians and nurses with patient care in a psychiatric outpatient setting Take vital signs and document patient information accurately Schedule appointments and manage patient flow Handle basic administrative tasks, including updating electronic health records Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

What We're Looking For Medical Assistant school, Medical Assistant certification preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with psychiatric patients in a respectful and professional manner Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment PA State Criminal Clearance, FBI Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance, and Mandated Report Training
