Graphic Designer Regular Full-Time Remote, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1269 Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $72,000.00 Annually GRAPHIC DESIGNER Job Summary: As a Graphic Designer, you will execute upon and activate the visual identity of American Bible Society. Your work in print and digital will define the look and feel of our ministry and help make the work of the Bible cause visually captivating for our donors, partners, and beneficiaries. Reporting to the Director of Design, you will create designs for key fundraising and marketing initiatives, while also ensuring internal teams and partners are equipped with high-quality, on-brand assets that inspire and inform our work together. Key Responsibilities: Design compelling creative content across all visual media, including print, webpages, email, social media, and more. Projects include designing magazines and reports, developing graphics for digital use, and assisting in the development of brand assets. Work alongside the Director of Design and other Marketing Team leaders to execute creative strategies for fundraising, marketing, and brand activation. Ensure all design work is aligned with organizational strategy and adheres to nonprofit fundraising best practices. Uphold existing brand guidelines and partner with the Director of Design to refine these guidelines and overall design work in response to user data, evolving visual trends, shifts in technology, and repositioning of communications strategies. Partner with the Director of Design and other Marketing Team leaders to create, expand, and refine the sub-brands across American Bible Society. Tailor the visual experience of ABS ministry for diverse audiences, including mass donors, signature donors, church and ministry leaders, beneficiaries, and the general public. Coordinate with teammates and internal/external partners to ensure deadlines and expectations are consistently met. Assist internal partners in upholding brand standards by developing easy-to-use templates (PPT presentations, letters, mass emails, editable PDFs, etc). Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or related field Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design. Technical Skills: Ability to translate brand strategy into cohesive visual designs that drive consistency, clarity, and emotional resonance across all channels. Ability to follow creative direction—balancing design craft, brand alignment, and fundraising best practices to create compelling visuals that drive results. Skill in collaborating across functions to align design with organizational goals, presenting creative ideas with clarity and strategic rationale. Technical expertise in design across platforms and channels, including print and digital. Proficiency with web and graphic design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Canva. Ability to create visual content for diverse digital platforms, including landing pages, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc. Ability to tailor content to the needs and affinities of diverse audiences including mass donors, mid and major donors, ministry leaders, people curious about engaging with the Bible for the first time, and the general public. Repetitive Motions: Repetitive tasks such as typing, clicking, and using design tools.
