IT Help Desk Support Analyst

The IT Help Desk Support Analyst will perform all necessary functions related to daily IT support tasks and escalation cases. This includes, but is not limited to, technical support for Manufacturing, Lab, and Automation computers; ensuring best practices to prevent a cybersecurity breach; preparing reference materials for technical installation by drafting basic operation instructions, and communication with technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees. This role has high visibility within a growing innovative global organization.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to maintain composure and exercise good judgement under pressure
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and members
• Be resourceful and commit to continuous learning and improvement
• Collaborate with the Server & Network Administration and Applications team.
• Active involvement in the Technical Support aspects (Hardware and Software) and vendor coordination for issue resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of related IT experience
• Bilingual English / Spanish required

• Cybersecurity tools
  • CYNET, Ivanti, Manage Engine
• Software applications:
  • Service Desk, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Windows, Apple products including IPad and Mac computers, Zoom and Dropbox, Network tools, Barcode PDA & Printing.
