Für unseren Geschäftsbereich Kompensatorensuchen wir einen Werkstudent Softwareeinführung / ERP-System (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben: Unterstützung bei der Einführung eines ERP-Systems mit integriertem Softwaremodul zur technischen Auslegung und kommerziellen Bewertung Ermittlung und Pflege relevanter Daten Übertragung bestehender Projekte in die neue Software inklusive Eigenkontrolle und Plausibilitätsprüfung Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen (bei Bedarf) Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Workshops oder Interviews mit Prozesseignern zur Prozessanalyse Unterstützung sowie ggf. Koordination von Schulungsmaßnahmen Das bringen Sie mit: Studium mit technischem Hintergrund (z.B. Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar) Ausgeprägtes prozessorientiertes Denken und gutes Verständnis für technische und organisatorische Zusammenhänge Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP von Vorteil Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MSOffice-Anwendungen Sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Zeitliche Verfügbarkeit von 20 Stunden pro Woche Flexible Gestaltung von Arbeitszeit und Arbeitsort Abwechslungsreiche und eigenverantwortliche Aufgaben Mitarbeiterrabatte, innerbetriebliche Gesundheitsförderung u.v.m.
