ERP Systems & Financial Applications Manager

Minimum 10 years of practical experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms in support, administration, or optimization roles. Demonstrated ability to evaluate business processes holistically and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Strong focus on accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across financial and business systems. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and understandable manner to business stakeholders and end users. Solid foundation in accounting practices and financial operations, including month-end and year-end activities. In-depth knowledge of core financial functions such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial reporting, reconciliations, and period-close procedures.
