Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Guaranteed starting at $425,000 annually, with additional productivity incentives
• Sign-on Bonus: $75,000
• Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent graduates

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient clinics and hospital settings
• Manage prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological surgeries
• Conduct inpatient rounds or coordinate with hospitalists for hospitalized patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including specialists from leading hospitals
• Utilize advanced procedural rooms: ultrasound, colposcopy, urodynamics, robot-assisted surgeries
• Document thoroughly in compliance with policies
• Mentor and lead support staff and advanced practice providers
• Engage in continuous education and quality improvement initiatives
• Support hospital outreach and community health efforts

What You Need

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Strong clinical skills in outpatient and inpatient OB/GYN care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
