GenAI Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated GenAI Lead / Senior AI Engineer to join the growing AI team. This is a hands‑on role focused on building next‑generation AI‑powered applications, conversational AI solutions, and agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Generative AI, AWS cloud architecture, and scalable backend development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including chatbots, voice AI solutions, and intelligent automation systems. Lead the development and implementation of agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems. Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices supporting AI applications. Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions. Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, reliability, and security. Stay current with emerging AI technologies and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience Generative AI & Agentic AI Strong understanding of Conversational AI and chatbot development. Hands‑on experience building Generative AI applications and agentic AI systems. Experience developing multi‑step AI workflows, tool integrations, and intelligent automation. Familiarity with voice AI technologies (Speech‑to‑Text and Text‑to‑Speech). Exposure to image generation and multimodal AI concepts. Strong programming skills in Python or Node.js. Experience building scalable APIs, backend services, and microservices. Solid understanding of software engineering best practices and system design. Hands‑on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS. Expertise with:
ECS / EKS
AWS Lambda API Gateway S3 DynamoDB RDS Experience designing scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient cloud architectures. Qualifications 5–10 years of software engineering experience. 2+ years of hands‑on Generative AI experience. Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
