Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communication Identify and mitigate project risks proactively Maintain project documentation, status reports, and dashboards Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum environments) Act as the primary point of contact for the client on all project-related matters Conduct regular on-site visits at the client's facility (2–3 times per week) Pharmaceutical and life science domain is a must Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager managing complex client-facing initiatives. Prior experience working with Pharmaceutical and life science domain is required. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project delivery practices. Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholder communication. Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or regulated environments. PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications. Experience managing technology, business transformation, or enterprise-level projects. #J-18808-Ljbffr
