RN, Minimum Data Set

Good Samaritan Health Center seeks an RN, Minimum Data Set (MDS) nurse to lead accurate, timely MDS assessments that support quality patient care, compliance, and reimbursement. The MDS RN will coordinate interdisciplinary input, review clinical documentation, and ensure assessments reflect each patient’s functional status, care needs, and goals.
