Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 24;On Call Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80

This facility is seeking an OB/GYN Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Wednesday: Typically, surgery days; may include clinic from 1:00 PM 5:00 PM depending on surgical volume
  • Call: 24-hour call shifts (8:00 AM 8:00 AM), which may run concurrently with clinic coverage
• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient call coverage
• Types of Cases: General OB/GYN cases, including clinic visits and deliveries, Average of 25 patients per day in clinic, Approximately 7 deliveries per week
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Athena
• Certifications required: Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Licensure required: Active Utah license
