The role involves minimal travel and does not require the use of dedicated CRM or sales software.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs
• Sell appropriate auto and property and casualty insurance policies
• Prepare and maintain accurate policy documentation
• Monitor compliance with insurance industry regulations
• Manage policy renewals and client follow-ups
• Generate leads to expand customer base
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in insurance sales
• Valid Insurance Agent License
• Knowledge of insurance regulations
• Customer relationship management skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
