We’re seeking a highly driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our team.In this role, you’ll actively prospect, generate leads, and close insurance sales while educating clients about their available options. If you’re passionate about helping others, hungry for success, and eager to build a career, this opportunity is for you! 

 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Present and explain various insurance policy options clearly and effectively

• Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and warm calling 

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals 

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships 

 

Qualifications:  

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) 

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license

• Prior sales experience is preferred (insurance, retail or customer service) 

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and coachable 

• Proficient with computers and CRM systems 

• English and Spanish bilingual a plus
