What You'll Do - Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee electrical projects from start to finish. Manage all change orders. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. What You Bring - Required Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager for an electrical contractor. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Working Conditions Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to travel to various local project sites as needed on a daily basis.
