Position: Intake Sales Rep (Intake Coordinator)

As an Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a vital role in guiding individuals through their legal options. Your ability to connect with people, assess their needs, and provide compassionate support will make a meaningful difference in their journey. For those potential clients that both need and want our help, your objective is maximizing the opportunity to generate new business through strategic presentation and sales techniques. Your Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls and online inquiries from potential clients – No cold calling! Warm leads only, people who have made an intentional inquiry for service.
• Gather and accurately document essential case details in our case management system
• Assess case eligibility with our legal team and clearly explain legal options to prospective clients
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
• Maximize opportunity to generate new business

Who We’re Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or GED required
• Experience (Required): 2-3 years of experience in sales, call centers, or customer service preferred
• Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Well-versed in B2C sales methods and techniques
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong listening, comprehension, and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy – Familiar with Microsoft Office and general PC functions
  • Proficient at typing
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
