Security Guard

Insight Global

Monitor building access points, verify credentials, and manage visitor entry
Respond to incidents, alarms, or emergencies and document activity
Conduct routine patrols of the facility and parking areas
Operate CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems
Provide professional support to employees and visitors onsite
Document all incidents, irregularities, and suspicious activities in daily security logs and property damage.

Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma
Prior security / safety / military / law enforcement experience preferred
Strong communication + ability to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable with basic technology (CCTV, reports, logging systems)
Ability to be on feet for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and respond quickly in emergencies.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Guard card / security certification
Valid driver's license

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
