GovCIO is seeking a Ruby on Rails Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain backend services for VA.gov. This fully remote role is open to candidates within the Continental United States (CONUS). You will work on Rails backend components, RESTful APIs, and AI-enabled enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver veteran-facing services. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of backend experience, strong RSpec and Agile skills, and familiarity with AWS Bedrock, RAG, and #J-18808-Ljbffr GovCIO
