Responsibilities Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing department, including resident care, staff management, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives. Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards. Collaborate with other department leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and diversity. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in nursing practice and healthcare trends to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of patient care. Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, with a focus on nursing leadership. Current licensure as an LPN or Registered Nurse (RN) in Oklahoma or Compact license.
