Position Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities will be to provide day to day administrative support for Michels Utility Services, Inc. Work with corporate and divisional support on a variety of clerical related tasks. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask, prioritize and project a professional image.

What It Takes

• High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED), and 3-5 years of related administrative experience or an equivalent combination of both
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Customer service experience

Desired Qualifications

• Prior administrative experience in the construction industry

This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Expected Salary Range

$22 - $27.50 USD
